Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga

PRENATAL – if you are pregnant and looking for ways to relax and stay fit join our prenatal yoga classes which helps to prepare you for labour and smooth delivery of a baby. In your entire pregnancy we design and tailor your classes with gentle and safe poses that avoid strain, teaching you breathing techniques and few of them you can use during the time of contractions. practise few exercises to strenghten your pelvis, avoiding postures and positions that put pressure on the abdomen or reduce blood flow.
POSTNATAL or POSTPARTUM – It is a gentle or restorative form of yoga designed for new mothers (usually after 6-8 weeks of delivery) advised by the doctor recovering from vaginal birth or C- section.Postnatal yoga is a safe and supportive way to heal body after delivery, restores strength, reduces stress, anxiety, fatigue, improves energy, mood, better sleep and build strong pelvis after the child birth.
