Kids Yoga
Today’s Kids are the future of Tomorrow.
It is completely a responsibility of parents or guardians to handover their children a better World to live in. Our Kids yoga classes are completely different from the adult yoga.It is a mix of movement,mindfulness, and play that helps children feel good in their bodies and minds while having fun. From the age of 5 years we start sharing the importance of healthy eating and nutritious food as well in a story telling form.
Our Kids Yoga classes are designed for different age groups:
- Age 2-5 years
- Age 5-10 years
- Age 11- 17 years
For the toddlers and school age kids the classes are more playful with games, interactive, less focused on a perfect form, often includes rhymes, cartoon characters, animal poses, creating stories based on simple postures where kids are engaged and are having fun as at such age they tend to get bo re very frequently and always keep looking for something new.
